Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in on-site homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary of $46,917 per person (about $180,000 per couple), plus housing, meals on duty, utilities, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Qualifications require experience with youth, two-year married couple minimum, both spouses aged 27 or older, up to three dependent children, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. Commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; Judeo-Christian chapel participation; both spouses must complete individual applications.
