Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule initially, with eventual placement into a permanent Houseparent position living and working with the same student group.
