Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School is hiring full-time Flex Houseparents in a two-person, married-couple role at on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA (and related housing in Mayfield Heights, OH as a hint from the listing). The couple provides care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, with duties including daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The work schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group.
