Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple team) supervise and mentor on-campus student homes for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent role. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; relocation to Hershey, PA is supported with paid training. This is a full-time, two-person role with benefits, housing, meals, and relocation assistance. Both spouses must apply individually and be at least 27 years old.
