Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and care for 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially support various student homes on a rotating 9-on/3-off schedule, with progression to a fixed student home placement. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, comfort leading devotions and chapel services, and a two-year married relationship with both spouses applying individually. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; on-campus housing and meals provided during duty.

Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- No alcohol permitted while on duty
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
