Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) at Milton Hershey School provide on-campus supervision, mentorship, and daily care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role includes budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off duty cycle and eventual placement into a stable houseparent assignment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, experience with youth, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
