Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents on a on-campus student home at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions including Sunday Chapel. Initially you’ll work a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes, then transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older. Relocation assistance is provided, with comprehensive benefits included.
