Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Administer medications, drive students to activities, plan recreational engagements, and lead daily devotions and chapel services. Oversee budgeting and reporting while ensuring student wellness. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Married couples must be at least 27 years old with no more than three dependent children.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
