Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on an on-campus student home in Mount Dora, FL to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring youth, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a rotating schedule (nine days on / three off) to a placed houseparent arrangement living with the same student group. Requires aging 27+ per spouse, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs; includes relocation assistance and paid training; high school diploma or GED required. The position is a two-person role for legally married couples with both spouses completing separate applications for consideration, and relocation to Hershey, PA is part of the role.”,
