Job Summary
Couples live on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents caring for 8–13 students in a home, overseeing daily routines, supervising activities, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Responsibilities include mentorship, scheduling, providing a structured family-like environment, and supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and prior youth work; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27+; relocation to Hershey, PA with on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits.

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
