Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and supervision of a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes; manage household routines and student schedules; administer medications; transport students to activities; plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting; initially support multiple student homes with a nine-on/three-off schedule, then transition to a fixed home with the same group of students; full-time on-campus role with relocation to Hershey, PA; two-person role for legally married couples; requires high school diploma/GED, driving qualifications, and strong youth-care experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
