Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and mentorship for 8 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle (eventually transitioning to a placed houseparent role). The position requires a two-person married couple, age 27 or older per spouse, with a high school diploma or GED, a valid drivers license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance is provided. Salary is $44,768 per person, with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. drivers license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel services
