Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples living on campus to care for 8–13 students, supervising daily routines, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and engaging students in developmental and recreational activities. Requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with limited pet restrictions. Relocation assistance is provided; position includes on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits. Couples must complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
