Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School, supervising and guiding a group of ~8–13 students in student homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Initially working a nine-on, three-off schedule with future on-site housing, benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid time off, and training.
