Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married couples at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA (with relocation to Plains, GA). Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions, and Sunday Chapel. Nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years, and both must be age 27 or older. Benefits include salary per person of $46,917 (approx. $180,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Qualifications include experience with youth, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license and driving certification for student vans, and readiness to participate in daily devotions and Chapel services.
