Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on-campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Two-person role (couples)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
