Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise, mentor and support 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex to Placed Houseparent. Location BUELLTON, CA (office/hire location) with relocation to Hershey, PA; includes on-campus housing, meals, benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Relocation to Hershey, PA for the role
