Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from Flex Houseparents to Placed Houseparents living with the same student group. Requires two-person married couple, relocation to Hershey, PA, and participation in on-duty schedule with nine consecutive days on, three off. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
