Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on the Milton Hershey School campus to care for a group of ~8–13 students in on-site homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. The role is a two-person, married-couple position with nine days on duty followed by three days off during the initial phase, relocation assistance provided, and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and readiness to participate in on-campus life with a family-like environment.

- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
