Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married couples to live on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Meigs, GA, providing care, supervision, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. Requires full-time on-campus availability with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, relocation assistance, and paid training. Qualifications include experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. Two-spouse, legally married partnership for at least two years with both spouses aged 27+, and compliance with campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, limited dependents, and pet policies) are required. Compensation is $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple with housing and meals). Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
