Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students residing in on-campus homes. Manage household routines, administer medications, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational engagements. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services. Upon hire, support various student homes on a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off. Transition into a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Both spouses must be married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and hold a valid U.S. driver's license. This role requires high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free, alcohol-free campus policy.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
