Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and supervision of 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. This is a two-person role for legally married couples who must be married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 years or older.
