Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent roles on campus involve living in on-site student homes and providing daily supervision, mentorship, routines management, medication administration, transportation, and engagement in developmental and recreational activities for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include budgeting oversight, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development. The position transitions from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. Requires married couples, both spouses age 27+, High school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Required Qualifications

- Two-year married status
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to drive student home vans
- Willingness to lead devotions and Sunday Chapel

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to student well-being and mentorship
