Job Summary
Providing daily supervision and mentorship to 8–13 students in on-campus homes, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. This is a two-person, married-couple role living on-campus with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with continued close oversight of a single student home. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and chapel services
- Relocation assistance provided
- On-campus housing and full-time schedule
