Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for a married couple serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years, age 27+, high school diploma or GED, and ability to drive student vans. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
