Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes at Milton Hershey School, Lakeland, FL, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same students. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a U.S. driver’s license, and that both spouses are legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Ability to commit to report and budgeting duties
