Job Summary
Two-person Full-time on-campus roles as Flex Houseparents to supervise and guide 8–13 students in on-site homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and progressing from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students in their home. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, with housing and comprehensive benefits included. Requires a two-spouse, married-for-two-years minimum, age 27+ per spouse, valid US driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prohibits smoking and weapons on campus and restricts alcohol during duty; proselytizing prohibited. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couples

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older per spouse
