Job Summary
Two-person married couple role living on campus to supervise and support a group of 8–13 students in a family-style student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparents to a Placed Houseparent with a consistent student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to serve as role models for students
- Willingness to reside on-campus in a student home
- Ability to complete individual employment applications for both spouses
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- High school education or equivalent
