Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group. The positions require a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Relocation assistance is provided and benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, PTO, and paid training. Applicants must be prepared to live on-site in campus housing and follow a schedule that begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent student-home assignment.”,
