Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home.
