Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, provide care, supervision, and mentorship to 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule and eventual placement into a consistent student-home assignment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to serve as role models for students
