Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live on campus at Milton Hershey School to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in an on-site student home. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, and actively engaging them in developmental and recreational activities. They also lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and participate in the eventual progression to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. The position offers relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a salary of $46,917 per person (about $180,000 total per couple). The work schedule initially entails nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license with van certification ability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
