Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes (approx. 8–13 students) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and supervision of household routines and student schedules. Responsibilities include administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel services, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
