Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise and nurture a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts as nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
