Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, and development activities for a group of ~8–13 students. Couples lead daily routines, chapels, budgeting, and household reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle, then transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group in their home. Benefits include relocation assistance and comprehensive insurance/options; two-person, married-couple requirement; minimum age 27 for both spouses; on-campus housing and meals provided during duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
