Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver responsible for providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care to 8–13 students in on-campus homes. The role is a two-person, married-couple position with full-time hours, living on campus, starting with a nine-day-on, three-day-off cycle and potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role. Duties include supervising routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Requires high school diploma or GED, two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a safe, smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided; compensation includes salary per person with housing and meals on duty. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and Chapel services
- Two-person role for couples (joint employment applications)
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
