Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents residing on campus provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent houseparent assignment with the same student group. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
