Job Summary
Full-time, two-person married-couple role as Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship and care, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and lead developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany Chapel services, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse requirement; legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
