Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples living in on-campus student homes, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially following a nine-on, three-off duty cycle, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living with the same student group in their own home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license (and van-driving certification), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; the role is restricted to legally married couples for at least two years and requires both spouses to submit individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage minimum
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
