Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples living in on-campus student homes, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially following a nine-on, three-off duty cycle, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living with the same student group in their own home.
