Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. They oversee budgeting and house reporting, with a career path transitioning from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent living with a consistent study group. Relocation assistance is provided and benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid training, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-year marriage requirement for both spouses
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and chapel services
