Job Summary
Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on an on-campus student home, provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students; duties include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent living situation. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; the role requires a two-year-married couple with both spouses age 27+, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED
