Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents assigned to on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a continuous living/working home with the same students. Requires relocation to the on-campus setting, a high school diploma or GED, and a married couple with at least two years of marriage who are both age 27+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and holding a valid U.S. driver’s license (and driving certification) to support student transportation.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
