Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and logistical support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include overseeing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role includes budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine days on duty followed by three days off, and eventual placement in a stable student-home assignment. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, willingness to obtain driving certification for student vans, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits. Salary is listed per person at $46,917 (approximately $180,000 total per couple).
