Job Summary
Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, coordinating household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and supporting multiple student homes before transitioning to a placed Houseparent with the same group of students. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and able to obtain driver’s license/certification to drive student home vans. Offers relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a total compensation package that includes housing and meals. Requires high school diploma or GED and a commitment to a safe, smoke-free campus; no alcohol on duty, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications

- Two-year marriage required for both spouses
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Desire to lead students in devotions and chapel services
