Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on an on-campus student home, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Includes relocation assistance and paid training; benefits cover health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and housing/meals on duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person married couple required
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
