Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and follow a rotating nine-day on / three-day off schedule with potential transition to a placed houseparent living arrangement. Requires both spouses to apply individually; must be legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, have a high school diploma or GED, hold a U.S. driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
