Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents: a married two-person role on campus at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel visits, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students in their home.
