Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. A two-person, married-couple role living on campus to supervise and support a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and campus chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include a salary of $46,917 per person (about $180,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training.
