Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two married spouses) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, provide care, supervision, mentorship, and activities for 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily supervision, medications administration, driving, planning activities, devotions, and budgeting/reporting; initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students in their own home.
