Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married two-person team (Full-time Flex Houseparents) at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a later transition to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home.
